This policy explains how orders are shipped by Atlas Gear.

1. Global Shipping We ship worldwide.

2. Delivery Time 525 business days on average (customs/remote areas may take).

3. Processing Orders are handled within 1–3 business days after payment. No processing on weekends or holidays.

4. Tracking A tracking number and information will be sent by email once dispatched.

5. Customs/Duties Customers are responsible for local duties/taxes.

6. Failed Deliveries Incorrect or incomplete addresses that cause returns incur reshipping fees.

7. Delays Atlas Gear is not responsible for customs or carrier delays.

Return & Exchange Policy

Refund Policy for Atlas Gear

1. Refund Method Refunds will be issued as store credit in the form of a non-expiring digital gift card. No cash, bank, or card refunds will be provided.

2. Timeline Store credit will be issued within 7 business days after the inspection of the returned item.

3. Not Eligible Items that are outside the 7-day return window or not inable condition, as well as shipping fees and taxes, are not for refunds.

4. Gift Cards Credits do not expire and can be used for any future order. 5. Damaged/Incorrect Items Please contact us within 7 days if your order is defective or incorrect at 📧 contact@AtlasGear.store.
